How can i get a free ringtone for free?

i need a ringtone for my phone but i don't have internet on my phone so i cant download it from fun4mobile.... and when i go to fun4mobile on my computer it says "send ringtone to your phone" but i never get the pin # to get the ringtone.. and my friends tried to send me one from their phone but i never get it and if i do i cant set it as my ringtone. please help
