Helping someone who never helps me?

So I have this Army friend and she's moving. I really like her, she's cool and we have done a lot of things together, but it seems I'm the one whos always paying for everything and doing most of the work. I have cooked her many many many dinners, she's drank a countless number of my beers and wine bottles. I've watched her kid, just as much as she's watched mine. She's never helped me clean up after a party, never helped me set up for a party. I've had dinner at her house ONCE, I have drank maybe 2 of her beers. I've had 1 wine bottle that she bought. So like I said now she's leaving and needs help cleaning and I thought about throwing her a farewell party. I don't know what to do? I'm so tired of helping someone who never helps me!! I'm moving 3 months after her, I will have NOBODY here to help me. This is so frustrating, but I really do like her, but what do I do??? Do I just suck it up and give her one last party, I'm certain this will be the last time I ever see her?
