I got an AFQT score of 88...What does that mean?

I took this at the Army recruiter's office the other day. What does it mean? Is there a practice AFQT or did I take the real one? What is available to me? I wanted to try to enter as an officer after I finished my degree this December, but he kept telling me to go enlisted because it was easier to be enlisted and then try to be an officer, but that's not what I wanted. I'm going to be talking with a National Guard recruiter in two days (he's my mom's friend, so hopefully he'll be more honest) and he told me about a Federal PCS program that I'm eligible for, but the Army recruiter I spoke with says there is no such thing.
