I received an ELS in the Army, JGA RE-3. Can I reenlist in the Marine Corps?

Basically the separation was failure to meet P.T. standards (2 sit-ups from the minimum). If I prove that I can meet the maximum PFT standards in the Marine Corps, I'd think they would waiver me. Ideas?
