Lady with the golden leaf: COD Black Ops?

So on my veteran attempt run at COD: Black Ops on the level when you go to the pentagon in the main lobby you see three people 2 guys and black women i noticed that the women had a golden leaf lapel on the right side of her chest..same as the women smoking the cigarette later in the level...upon restarting the level i then noticed that the golden leaf was no longer on her chest..has anyone else noticed this....i'm just curious to see if i caught a continuity blip in the game
