ok im going to join the army or marines in the next year in a half(i know its a long time) but im really out of shape. how do i run longer and faster, is there a certain breathing style or what. and im going to be doing push ups, pull ups, sit ups, flutter kicks, jumping jacks, over head and penguin claps. and each week ill increase the number by 10. just want to know is this to fast, is it safe to be doing all that, should i do this stuff the same day i run.
