What state do I file taxes with?

My husband and I live in GA. He was in the Army until Dec.4,2010 and his home of record is FL.I receive unemployment from NC.Under the military residency relief act I am able to file as a FL resident but I am not sure how to handle the State taxes since I received unemployment from NC and as of Dec.31,2010 he was longer in the army. Please Help.....
