Army basic and seeing the dentist?

i know they make you see a dentist to see if everythings ok,,but i have about 3 cavities and i still have my wisdom teeth can i tell them i dont want my cavities filled and i dont want my teeth pulled,,,had a bad experience with dentist in the past scared to ever go back
