Is it wrong to wear a military uniform into a bar to get laid if you aren't in the military?

My buddy has NEVER been in the Marines, but he bought an old outfit from an army surplus with some dudes last name on it, so he wears it to the bar, and says he's "on leave" and almost ALWAYS gets laid... is this wrong of him?
