Will i lose weight doing this ?

A huge factor in losing weight is your metabolism. When you eat you increase your metabolic rate so more energy is used. Thats why it is so important to have breakfast to start your metabolism early in the day. You need 6 small meals a day to keep your metabolic rate high. If you dont eat your metabolic rate decreases and you dont burn as much energy.
