What is a device that records audio, is portable, and can take a boom mic and multiple wireless lapel mics?

Planning on making movies, want several external mics, a boom mic, and several wireless lapel mics that can all be input and record on the same device. Anyone know a device or system that would work for this. The device doesn't need a mic as the external mics will be sufficient, also I'm on a budget, but I want to look at all options.
